In this thread, the devs list noticeable changes and fixes and the estimated release date during the test. Patches including fixes are usually released midmorning and in the afternoon (CET) of work days. Nonetheless, delays can happen for various reasons.

Nov 13.: Inflict Wound shows now Physical as Magic Type. Heal Party should now have a correct visualisation. Cancel Invisibility should now have a correct visualisation. Healing is now shown as Magic Type.
Nov 14.: The Ethereal Spear variants now have a different Base Power.
Nov 15.: Changed the default filter in the Magical Archive to show only spells for the own vocation.

Nov 06.: Damage Reductions now display up to two decimal places again. Critical Hit chance no longer displays multiple identical subtotal values. Adjusted subtotal spacing.
Nov 08.: Renamed Concoction Cooldowns to Consumable Cooldowns in Misc tab. Added cooldowns for cupcakes, Jean Pierre and Hireling Cook foods.
Nov 11.: Cooldown times and remaining times in the Misc tab are now shown as text on the item graphics. Fixed incorrect Damage Reduction total values.
Nov 13.: Added distance fighting accuracy on Offence tab. Value is only shown if ranged weapon/ammo is equipped.
Nov 14.: Added flat bonus to damage/healing from level and Wheel of Destiny as additional value in Offence tab.
