Dear Tibians!
Please use this thread to share your feedback on the Special Conditions Display feature, which is a part of the Summer Update 2025.
Vision:
Special conditions can now be displayed in the game window, giving players greater control over which effects are shown and how they are arranged.
More information:
You can learn more about the Special Conditions Display in the teaser and its corresponding forum thread. Please note that some of the information in these links might now be outdated.
Feature overview:
The new optional Special Conditions Display HUD feature shows active effects as icons in a vertical bar next to the health arc.
Special condition icons appear vertically in a bar to the left of the health arc, based on its default size.
This special conditions bar can be displayed independently, regardless of whether you are playing with arcs on or off.
A maximum of six icons can be displayed. If more special conditions are active, this is indicated with a "..." icon.
Icons are shown in top-to-bottom order, based on your settings.
A dark backdrop ensures the icons stand out against game visuals.
The arc opacity slider also affects the opacity of the icons and their backdrop.
You can fully customize which special conditions show up in the status bar and/or game window and choose the order they appear in.
Changelog:
We will track and post updates to Special Conditions Display in Fixes and Changes and list all official replies below.
Thank you for taking the time to explore and test the new features.
We look forward to your feedback!
Best,
Fluffey

Dear Tibians,
Thank you for all your feedback so far!
The changed position of the health arc in combination with the status bar is a bug and will be fixed.
Adressing some of your general feedback and ideas:
Your feedback is very appreciated, and the examples showing where and how the suggested cooldowns and items could be displayed are well thought out.
We fully understand the wish for more customization, as well as better tracking of spell cooldowns, remaining items, and similar elements.
However, for this update, these improvements are out of scope. The underlying systems for spells and consumables differ significantly from how statuses are handled, and implementing such changes within the timeframe of the test server or before the summer update is not feasible.
That said, we clearly see the value in offering better ways to track spells and related elements, and we've added this to our list of ideas. The same applies to a more detailed breakdown of the strengthened status.
Cheers,
Fluffey

Adressing some of your general feedback and ideas:
Many Tibians have already shared their thoughts, and I find myself agreeing with most of them. Still, I wanted to leave a few quick suggestions on how I think this update could be made even better.Thank you very much for your proposal and the well-made mockups, Leonel.

We actually discussed this internally and explored using drawn instead of pixelated icons. However, they didn't quite feel right to us and didn't blend seamlessly with the game window or the pixel art style.
I must admit I found it more useful than expected. I like it.Thanks for your feedback!
People already proposed every change I would suggest, but there's one that it's really simple and I believe that should be implemented:
The icons are weird! They're just the same 8 bit icons but zoomed in, so they look "pixeled". Please make them with better resolution, won't take long.

Also there's a bug when clicking a checkbox, it scrolls back to the beggining and you have to scroll down every time.Thank you for reporting this!
This bug appears to occur only after reordering a status and then interacting with a checkbox. We're working on a fix.
Cheers,
Fluffey
Dear Tibians,
With the latest update we have changed:
Arc offset has been corrected. The health arc is now back in its original position, with the status bar to its left.
An issue where the status priority list would jump to the top in certain situations has been fixed.

My feedback on this feature is: I didn't like that the new icon bar is covering the current health bar, it makes it uncomfortable to see the health bar during hunts.Thank you for the report!
This behavior of the status bar was unintended. The status bar is not supposed to overlap the health arc. We have worked on a fix which will go live with the next update.

Fluffey
Dear Tibians,
Once again, thank you very much for all your feedback throughout the test!
Much of the recent feedback reflects wishes and suggestions that, as previously mentioned, are beyond the scope of this update. While some ideas may seem straightforward, they are in fact more complex to realise due to the underlying code.
We will keep this thread open until tomorrow to allow a bit more time for reporting any remaining issues or new suggestions that have not yet been mentioned.
Feedback regarding the strengthened icon, visuals, positioning, or advanced functions of the status bar has been noted. These are aspects we may consider addressing in future updates.
Cheers,
Fluffey
