I'm having same issue as @Ari Zhi. Could it be because I'm on mac? if so can you confirm that this update it won't be available for mac, or was this just a missed? TY!
I can see that both of you were able to login on the test server. Is that correct?

Hello team, how are you?

First of all, I'd like to report a bug I noticed on the test server: in some hunting spots, certain creatures are not attacking players. For example, Foam Stalkers on the island of Marapour remain passive even after being attacked.

...
The issue with enemies not moving has been forwarded.

Please remember to post your suggestions in the appropriate threads.

A quick reminder to everyone:

Dear Tibians,

thanks for your participation on the test servers. As mentioned before, your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine and perfect the upcoming update.

Please bear in mind, that this thread is only for stuff regarding the update and the test servers.

Suggestions that have nothing to do with the update should be posted on the threads in the Auditorium.

The NPC dialogue window, automatically closing without being able to "read" replies after the NPC stops talking with you. For instance with Dragon Ancestor Spirit, saying spirit closes the dialogue boss as the NPC stops talking with you and I need to open NPC chat window to see what was said. This feels like a design flaw..
Thank you, this has been forwarded.

when I try to log in to the test server, a message appears saying that my client is too old, when I restart it there's a message saying that the clien't might no longer be suported.

This is the message: https://imgur.com/a/vzphBoV
Should work now, right?

Hello CipSoft,

The thing we players question the most is how the update testing team works (as well as the overall handling of current and past bosses, etc). We know that you use a team for testing, and during the test server, we often see Knightmare observing us.

I was wondering if it would be possible to have a sort of crossover — for example, 2–3 testers from your team and 2–3 streamers (who speak English and create content; we could easily name several). They could form a mixed team of streamers and testers to fight one of the new bosses.

Ideally, it could happen with voice chat to understand their thought process (though I imagine that would break some rules), but even just seeing how they act would allow us to learn a lot about the testers' decision-making process — and how we, as players, could provide better feedback.

Many mechanics that seem obvious or intuitive to us players don't always appear to be the first thing testers consider.

Thank you in advance.
Thanks for the feedback.

We do use various channels to analyse game content. Knightmare isn't the only one visiting the the test servers. We also use streams, videos, analysis tools, bug reports and, last but not least, your forum feedback to adapt and improve the content.

We are currently quite satisfied with the feedback channels, but who knows to what extent we will be able to expand them in the future.
