Dear Tibians!
Please use this thread to share your feedback on the Boss Difficulty Scaling, which is part of the Summer Update 2026.
Vision:
The Boss Difficulty System will make boss fights in Tibia more flexible and engaging by letting players set the challenge level of each encounter. It lets groups progress from a safe learning fight up to demanding high-end battles, with both difficulty and rewards increasing at every step.
More Information:
You can learn more about the Boss Difficulty Scaling system in the teaser and its corresponding forum thread. Please note that some of the information in these links might now be outdated.
Feature Overview:
A new dialog allows customization before starting the fight against select bosses. After pulling the lever, the leader will be able to select the difficulty while players on the remaining tiles can inspect active modifiers as well as general information.
Higher ranks are unlocked progressively as your team takes down stronger bosses. You can also compete with others on a new highscore ranking.
Giving Feedback:
If you have suggestions or concerns, please help us by explaining your perspective. We'll do our best to incorporate your feedback!
When encountering problems, please provide a step-by-step reproduction description so we can address the issue in due time.

I've noticed that it currently only applies to the newer bosses.Correct, the system only applies to the new bosses for the time being. I would like to suggest expanding this system to include older, frequently farmed bosses as well. These are still a big part of the game's daily gameplay loop, and adding difficulty scaling or progression to them would make them feel much more engaging again.
Let's see who can reach the top spot on the Phosphorus Highscore Leaderboard!

Thanks again for testing the new Boss Difficulty System!
We will not be making further changes to the system for the summer update, but we received the feedback you shared with us.
Still, I would like to suggest again that you heavily consider this feature for all the other lever bosses on a future update (with even more bonuses like an increased experience in high difficulties). I'm sure the majority of the players would enjoy that.As mentioned we will monitor the situation and consider implementing difficulty scaling for more bosses in the future.
Could you please exemplify how all loot bonuses work together with the new system? We don't want to share the numbers in too much detail, but I can understand your question. I'll see if I can provide you with more information next week.
For example, let's say I kill Mimar Haffar on difficulty 10, difficulty that grants 18% more loot.
On top of that, I have 219% boss bonus from Bosstiary system, and my Bad Luck Bonus is at 75%.
How does all of that work together? Does the Bad Luck Bonus apply on Bosstiary rerolls, or vice-versa? Is the 18% more loot applicable on top of Bosstiary rerolls?
If not, this will be the closing post. Have fun exploring all the new content and features of the summer update, and see you on the monster rampage
